Catalyst PCs — MacOS Virtual PC Application
Founder | 2023–Present
Catalyst PCs
Context
A majority of Mac users require access to Windows software for work or education, but existing solutions are either costly, enterprise-only, internet-dependent, or require users to install and support Windows themselves—creating high friction and unmet support needs.
Role
As founder of Catalyst PCs, I bring deep, hands-on expertise across both macOS and Windows platforms and lead end-to-end product design, implementation, and delivery.
Constraints
- Complex cross-platform integration spanning macOS security models, virtualization platforms, and Windows operating systems
- High user expectations for a fully automated, consumer-grade installation and support experience
Actions
I designed and built a macOS-native application that automates installation of a virtual desktop platform and a preconfigured Windows 11 environment. The product abstracts platform complexity into a single guided experience, enabling users to run Windows on a Mac in minutes without requiring deep technical expertise or independent Windows support.
Production

Outcomes
- Completed the Mach37 Lean Startup Accelerator (Fall 2024)
- Accepted into the Startup Virginia go-to-market accelerator program (2025)
- Delivered a working macOS application that automates deployment of a Windows virtual desktop environment
Signal
This project demonstrates my ability to conceive and build commercial software products that abstract complex cross-platform systems into simple, customer-ready solutions.
